Great to hear your perspective, s.leredde@cultura.fr! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific criteria should be used to determine which products are added to the exclusion list?
- How frequently do you anticipate needing to update or modify the exclusion list?
- Are there any specific scenarios or use cases where having an unlimited number of product IDs in the exclusion list is particularly important?

Product Team below are my answers to the questions:
- In my case I have to exclude products based on attributes such as category (erotic books, religious books), age (18 years and over), or even an attribute such as “informed public = yes”. To be seen according to the product data sent in the feeds.
I also imagine having a list of products to exclude, which I manage manually because they don't have a common attribute. For example, products that are controversial and that we do not want to promote through recommendations.
- Since the products to be excluded are identified based on an attribute, the update will be dynamic. In the case of a selection managed manually, the update is random, according to exclusion needs.
- The idea of not having a limited number of exclusions makes it possible not to find yourself stuck in time. In my case I work in the book business, and the catalog is particularly large. (more than 3 million books taking into account the various formats). In addition, editorial news means that we can count several thousand new items every month.

s.leredde@cultura.fr thank you for the use case, I have the same problem on the reco email side: erotic books, religious books, but also some EP books must be excluded from the reco.
