[Campaign Targeting] URL targeting with "AND / ALL" instead of just "OR / SOME"
in progress

When creating the targeting of an experience, I can specify that the experience is triggered if SOME of the URL criterias are met AND SOME of the CSS / CODE criterias. It would be easier to include & exclude targeted URLs by having the possibility to also set that ALL of the URL criteria have to be met (URL AND URL). Same goes for CSS. This makes sense with the "URL contains ..." command, especially concerning subdomains / language parameters. This is currently possible via regex, but this is very uncomfortable, especially for "A/B Test Rookies".

Allow test conditions to include AND as well as OR

when targeting test on specific pages that need to match two parts of a URL it would be good to be able to match two strings
example
.com/en/ (so I can target language)
¶m=value (so I can target steps or products)
