Here is a feedback from Disney regarding the Asset Library:
Disney relies heavily on the asset library.
The library becomes increasingly disorganized as assets accumulate, leading to difficulties in managing them.
Problem encountered : How to Delete Assets? There is no clear way to remove unused assets. Also, if an asset needs updating, it would be ideal to have a replacement feature rather than re-uploading it entirely.
The library can become cumbersome, which impacts both usability for Disney and potentially server load for AB Tasty.
Possible improvements:
  • Allow deletion of old, unused assets.
  • Possibility to organize assets into folders for better management.
  • Possibility to import asset once and simply edit them as needed instead of re-uploading repeatedly.
