Fix QA mode for mobile devices

The QA module that appears when I try to QA in a mobile device takes over the whole screen and I cannot minimize it, making it hard to see the QA´d experience.

Try clicking the little blue AB Tasty icon that appears on that module, that should minimize it for you!

QA mode also doesn't work at all in Safari on an iPhone. AB Tasty QA Assistant displays in logged-out state, prompts me to login, but then when I return to the QA link after successful login, I am still unrecognized and in logged-out state (endless loop).
