I’d like to suggest an evolution for the QAA, particularly its usage on mobile view on Desktop. We've noticed frequent difficulties during QA on smaller screens, and it’s become a recurring point of frustration for our clients.
Current issue:
  • Many clients end up using desktop view to QA mobile campaigns
  • With this mobile view (especially with smaller screens), it’s sometimes impossible to click on a variation, switch between variations, or even go back using the arrow.
>>> the QAA is like "freezed". Is impossible to click anywhere (switch variation, details of the campaign, go back arrow)
  • This friction tends to generate a lot of frustration
Request:
  • Would it be possible to improve the responsiveness and usability of the QAA tool on smaller desktop screens? Ideally, the experience should remain smooth and fully functional regardless of screen size.
