[CONTEXT]

In the reports, it is sometimes not possible to use the "Export data" action, despite existing data.

Indeed, the icon is greyed out [see screenshot attached].

[IMPACT]

The reason is quite blurred to us and clients, which can bring dissatisfaction.

[POSSIBLE SOLUTION]

An informative tooltip to explain the reason, or changing the way it currently works, would help a lot.
